Chapter 147 holds an annual election for the Board of Directors. There are 35 BOD positions and Directors serve a three year term when elected. Approximately one-third of the Director positions are open each year and the balloting occurs in the Jun-Aug timeframe with the installation of newly elected officers in late September. Ballots are sent to Chapter members with the Apr-Jun Quarterly newsletter. The Chapter fiscal year begins on October 1.
